Does the price include airfares?
No. Tour price does not include airfares or transfers from your home to and from your departure airport.
Will I need Travel Insurance?
Yes! Travel Insurance is compulsory to book and participate in any Cycle to Escape tours. We recommend CoverMore
What is your cancellation policy?
10% deposit is required on booking. Cancellation within 30 days prior to departure date is 100% refundable.
Cancellations after this time are not refundable.
Can I bring kids?
Yes. Please email us to arrange a custom quote for a family package. The hotel has a babysitting and nanny services available which can be booked on arrival.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. Extended stays are welcome but will need to be organised with the hotel prior to arrival. Please email us for more information
Will I need to be COVID Vaccinated?
Please check with the relevant country on latest entry requirements for CV19
Do I need to get money changed?
It is advisable to get your money changed on arrival at the hotel or at one of the many local money exchanges.
Do I have to bring spare tubes and c02 bottles?
The bike shop we use has plenty of stock available
What activities are there for my spouse will I am riding?
There are included activities such as Yoga Classes, Shopping Excursion, Beach Walks, Spa Treatments
Are the airport transfers included?
Yes Airport transfers are included to and from hotel
Do I have to bring my own bike?
We have a small fleet of rental bikes available and these need to be booked early before the tour starts. Prices are $25 Per day
Can We have late check out in the hotel?
Check out time is 11am, you can arrange for a late check out from the hotel. This cost is not included in the package and must be requested and paid for on arrival on the first night
